THE JOB

  • Temporary.
  • £9.23 PH.
  • Preparing spare part quotations
  • Processing and progressing of orders
  • Purchasing goods in/out
  • Packing spare parts and pumps for shipping
  • Answering customer queries

 

THE PERSON

  • Previous experience in a customer service position
  • Ideally experience of working for a manufacturing company
  • Professional telephone manner and able to handle customer complaints
  • Good understanding of MS Office and able to learn new systems quickly
  • Knowledge of export procedures would be advantage

 

WORKING HOURS

Monday – Friday

  • Days: 08:30 – 17:00
